On 26 January 2026, Swachetna Foundation organized a community-based education donation drive in Viman Nagar, Pune, as part of our ongoing efforts to support disadvantaged children and promote access to education.
As a dedicated education NGO in Pune, Swachetna Foundation believes that every child deserves access to essential educational resources. Through this initiative, our volunteers reached out to local shops, malls, houses, and residential societies to collect voluntary donations from the community.
The donations were collected in donation boxes and used to provide essential educational materials to municipal school students, including school bags, notebooks, writing materials, compass boxes, and other school supplies. Through the generous support of the community, we collected approximately ₹10,000 and supported 10 students with the educational resources they needed.
As a committed child education NGO in Pune and education support NGO, we aim to reduce barriers that prevent children from accessing quality learning opportunities. This initiative also reflects our work as a school donation NGO in Pune, helping students from underserved communities receive essential school supplies and continue their education with confidence and dignity.
Alongside collecting donations, our volunteers also used the opportunity to spread awareness about important social issues, including gender equality, tree plantation, the importance of education, and community participation.
As a children welfare NGO in Pune, Swachetna Foundation believes that meaningful social change begins when communities come together. This Republic Day initiative demonstrated how small contributions from many people can create a positive and lasting impact on children's education.
