AnnapurnaGrocery Donation Drive | Community Care
Swachetna Foundation organized a grocery donation program at C. R. Ranganathan School for Deaf & Mute, Tingare Nagar, Lane No. 01, Pune, with the aim of supporting students and contributing to their well-being. During the visit, Principal Mr. Bhosale and Rishikesh Sir shared valuable insights about the needs and challenges faced by specially-abled students. The school also highlighted the need for support to develop better residential facilities in the area for the students. Our volunteers took a meaningful step toward inclusion by interacting with the students through sign language and learning basic signs from them. We also discovered that many students have a strong interest and talent in drawing and creative activities. 🎨😊 As part of the initiative, Swachetna Foundation donated groceries worth ₹5,000 to support the school and its students. ArogyaProtecting Young Lives
Swachetna Foundation, in collaboration with M/s Murli Krishna Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Shirur, successfully conducted a Cervical Cancer Awareness Program at Abhinav Vidyalay, Saradwadi, Shirur, on 08 July 2026. The awareness session focused on educating school girls about cervical cancer, menstrual hygiene, early prevention, and the importance of HPV vaccination. The program aimed to encourage young girls to adopt healthy practices and understand the significance of regular health awareness. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Raskar Madam and Principal Khamkhar Sir for their valuable support and for making all the necessary arrangements for the successful execution of this awareness program. The event was organized on behalf of Swachetna Foundation by our dedicated volunteering team under the guidance of Project Manager Nilisha Jadhav, with volunteers Snehal and Punam, whose efforts ensured the smooth coordination and success of the program. Together, we continue our mission of empowering young girls through education, awareness, and preventive healthcare.

The Swachetna Foundation organized a heartfelt food donation drive, “Food for Everyone – Anna Seva,” on 14 June 2025 at Maher Vatsalyadham Shelter Home, Pune, Maharashtra. Swachetna Foundation has arranged one Free Health checkup camp at underprivileged area. Where in this camp we ask people to do free check of Heart, Kidney, Liver, Calcium,HB, Pluse rate, BP, Sugar, etc. swachetna foundation always stand for such people who are really in need of medical assistance. Through this camp we did more than 100 old age persons health checkup. And more than 80 middle age men and women health checkup. Now in days as the rain not yet started yet the Swachetna Foundation is highly active for stray animals like dogs and cows are really suffering a lot. We can find them they were seeking for water and food here and there. We took initiative to put water at road side for dogs. Our volunteers help dogs to cross the road for their safety. We give medicines to harmed dogs. Recently we visited one Goshala located at Vadgaon Shinde Village. Mr. Yogesh Shinde is protecting those cows which are old age and abandoned by their owner as they got old. We both looking after those cows in a small goshala. SwavalambanDiwali Lamp Empowerment Program
Swachetna foundation has organized one empowerment program for the students of C. R. Rangnathan School of Mute & Deaf Tingare nagar, Lane no-01, Pune. Were our volunteer Nilisha has given around one thousand soil lamps to colored & Laxmi Pujan Diwali Hampers made them for the Diwali festival. Those especially abled students enjoyed this work as well as they earn money. Swachetna foundation aim is to empowered this special category students for their daily needs of money. At that time Principal Mr. Bhosale & Rishikesh Sir & Sangeeta Mam has requested how to give training how to colored the lamp., then are Sr. Social Worker has trained their student. Swachetna Foundation has distributed free Luxmi Pujan Hampers in under privileged area for the ladies who are leading their family by doing labor work at near by area. Swachetna foundation always support such women who want to create their own place in the society, few of them are single mothers, few are doing rag picker job, few are well educated but struggling for job, few are ambitious to start their own business etc. The swachetna foundation is with them spreading this massage by giving hampers to them. Swachetna Foundation is grateful to Tata Steel Branch Office for voluntarily joining hands with us in our community welfare initiative and supporting the students of C. R. Ranganathan School for Mute & Deaf, Tingare Nagar, Pune. On 21 November 2025, we organized a grocery donation event at the school, where Mr. Venkat Pumpatwar, CEO of Tata Steel Branch Office, Ms. Sujata, HR Head, and other Tata Steel team members joined us to extend their support. 🛒 Grocery worth ₹12,187 was donated to support the needs of the students. The event became even more meaningful as the Tata Steel team interacted with the students and tried to learn and understand their sign language. The students warmly shared their artwork with the guests. As highlighted by Principal Mr. Bhosale, the students have a special talent for fine arts, and their beautiful drawings were presented as heartfelt gifts to everyone present. On 26 January 2026, Swachetna Foundation organized a community-based education donation drive in Viman Nagar, Pune, as part of our ongoing efforts to support disadvantaged children and promote access to education. As a dedicated education NGO in Pune, Swachetna Foundation believes that every child deserves access to essential educational resources. Through this initiative, our volunteers reached out to local shops, malls, houses, and residential societies to collect voluntary donations from the community. The donations were collected in donation boxes and used to provide essential educational materials to municipal school students, including school bags, notebooks, writing materials, compass boxes, and other school supplies. Through the generous support of the community, we collected approximately ₹10,000 and supported 10 students with the educational resources they needed. As a committed child education NGO in Pune and education support NGO, we aim to reduce barriers that prevent children from accessing quality learning opportunities. This initiative also reflects our work as a school donation NGO in Pune, helping students from underserved communities receive essential school supplies and continue their education with confidence and dignity. Alongside collecting donations, our volunteers also used the opportunity to spread awareness about important social issues, including gender equality, tree plantation, the importance of education, and community participation. for the better awareness we given the training and awareness to the young volunteers which can give the correct information in under priviaged area as well as the person who is seeking for guidance. The swachetna foundation has orgnised an awareness program for all to get the information about the PCOD, IVF, Cervical caner and women health challenges before and after motherhood. Now all our volunteers can easily explain the need of checkup when there is no problem. Step of IVF, what is PCOD, the value of blood etc. Swachetna always ready to train volunteers for natural calamity help too. We have trained almost 200 volunteers for pandemic help management. On 7 March 2026, Swachetna Foundation celebrated International Women’s Day by honoring women whose everyday contributions often go unnoticed. The initiative was organized at East Court Tower, Viman Nagar, Pune, with a special focus on recognizing women working in essential support roles across the city. As a dedicated women welfare NGO in Pune, Swachetna Foundation believes that every woman deserves dignity, respect, recognition, and opportunities that support her well-being. We specially invited women security guards and parking attendants who work tirelessly to ensure the safety, security, and smooth functioning of our communities. As a gesture of appreciation, we honored them with thank-you cards, flowers, and stainless-steel water bottles. During our interaction, we learned that many women often find it difficult to drink enough water while performing their duties. We therefore shared an important message about staying hydrated and taking care of their health and well-being. We also invited and honored women working as rag pickers, whose valuable contribution to maintaining cleaner surroundings is often overlooked. We listened to their everyday challenges, discussed the difficulties they face, and took steps to address the concerns shared with us. One of the most touching moments came when the women entered the office and were welcomed with applause. We invited them to sit comfortably alongside the employees, treating them with the same respect and dignity. The gesture deeply moved them, and some became emotional while expressing their heartfelt gratitude. One of the women shared that she had never been honored in this way before. Her words reminded us that even a simple act of appreciation can make someone feel valued, respected, and included. The initiative also highlighted the importance of women’s health and well-being. Swachetna Foundation believes that quality education goes beyond textbooks. A bright future for every child also depends on awareness, values, empathy, and responsible citizenship. As a dedicated education NGO in Pune, we regularly organize interactive awareness and educational programs in schools to help children learn important social, environmental, and moral values. As a committed child education NGO in Pune and education support NGO, we conduct engaging sessions through storytelling, quizzes, discussions, and creative activities. Children learn about important topics such as Good Touch and Bad Touch, gender equality, the importance of tree plantation, keeping rivers and surroundings clean, animal welfare, helping others, and respecting one another. We believe that interactive learning helps children understand and remember important life lessons. During our awareness sessions, children participate in quizzes and answer questions based on the moral and social messages shared through the stories. To encourage their participation and creativity, we provide educational rewards such as drawing books, colours, and painting brushes. On 16 March 2026, Swachetna Foundation organized a school awareness program at Pune Municipal School No. 42, Burmashel, Pune, with the valuable support of JMKC Group India Pvt. Ltd. As part of the initiative, we distributed 75 drawing books along with colours and painting brushes to the participating students. This initiative also complements our work as a school donation NGO in Pune, where we support children from underserved communities with educational resources and opportunities. VasudharamMiyawaki Plantation Drive
Protecting the environment requires more than awareness—it requires meaningful action. As an environmental NGO in Pune, Swachetna Foundation believes that real change begins when communities, organizations, and volunteers come together to protect nature. On 11 June 2026, Swachetna Foundation joined a tree plantation initiative organized by the Rotary Club at the Central Jail Farm, Yerwada, Pune. We learned that the Rotary Club was undertaking a large-scale plantation drive with a target of approximately 11,000 trees across the campus. Inspired by this initiative, our team approached Mr. Rajendra Kumar Saraf, one of the key members of the Rotary Club, and requested an opportunity for our volunteers to participate. Mr. Saraf warmly welcomed our volunteers and guided us throughout the plantation activity, explaining the appropriate methods and precautions to follow while planting and caring for the saplings. As part of the initiative, our volunteers successfully planted around 140 trees, contributing to the development of a greener and healthier environment. During the activity, we also learned about the Miyawaki method of forest plantation, an innovative approach to creating dense and diverse forests in a relatively small area. In this method, plants are grown closely together, allowing them to support each other and develop a natural ecosystem. As a tree plantation NGO in Pune, Swachetna Foundation encourages active community participation in initiatives that promote greener surroundings, biodiversity, and responsible use of natural resources. This experience reinforced our belief that environmental awareness must be supported by practical action. Through our work as an environmental conservation NGO, we aim to encourage individuals, volunteers, and communities to participate in activities that create a healthier and greener future. since the heat is beating in this year. Every one is suffering from the global warming. Due to this heavy heat the human being has forgot about Donation of Blood. In every month around 1.5 lakhs people having accidents on road side. Thousands of themselves have lost their lives due to heavy blood loss. But this heavy heat was not allowing to people donate the blood. One blood bank director came across due to some reason explain us a scenario there is lack of blood bags in the blood banks can do some thing for us. And swachetna foundation motivated people donate the blood and all came together with 26 numbers of blood has been collected by us. Hijewadi blood bank is really appreciate our work. Swachetna Foundation, in collaboration with the Splendid Square Society Committee, successfully organized the International Yoga Day Celebration on 21 June 2024 at Splendid Square, Dhanori. The event was conducted with the support of Society Manager Mr. Upadhyay and witnessed enthusiastic participation from 50 adults and 30 children. The yoga session was coordinated by dedicated volunteers Vanshika, Divya, Satyam, Amit Shinde, Rohit, and Ms. Nilisha. Fresh juice was served to all participants after the session. The program promoted physical fitness, mental well-being, healthy living, and community engagement through the practice of yoga.
ArogyaInternational Yoga Day Celebration-2025
Swachetna Foundation, in collaboration with the Lunkad Queens Land Society Committee, successfully organized the International Yoga Day Celebration on 21 June 2025 at Lunkad Queens Land, Viman Nagar. The event was conducted with the support of Society Manager Mr. Rangari and witnessed enthusiastic participation from 30 adults and 15 children. The yoga session was successfully coordinated by volunteers Sakshi, Shruti, Satyam, Rohan, and Ms. Nilisha. Fresh salad was served to all participants after the session. The program promoted physical fitness, mental well-being, healthy living, and stronger community participation through the practice of yoga.
