Swachetna Foundation organized a Free Lakshmi Pujan Hamper Distribution Program at Samrat Ashok Buddha Vihar, Kalwad Wasti, Pune, to support underprivileged women and celebrate the spirit of Diwali with dignity and hope.
The initiative was dedicated to women who work tirelessly to support their families through daily wage labour and other challenging occupations. The beneficiaries included single mothers, rag pickers, unemployed educated women, and aspiring women entrepreneurs striving to build a better future for themselves and their families.
As part of the program, the Foundation distributed free Lakshmi Pujan Hampers, ensuring that every family could celebrate the festival with joy and positivity. Beyond festive support, the Foundation also interacted with the women to understand their challenges and aspirations.
