On World Food Safety Day, Swachetna Foundation organised a heartfelt food drive at the Maher Vatsalyadham shelter in Pune, distributing 100 nutritious meals and 100 fresh roses to the elderly women residing there.
Each rose carried a message that love, respect, and dignity are not occasional gifts but everyday rights. The meals were prepared with the same intention: to nourish both body and spirit.
The drive was led by the Foundation's leadership team alongside volunteers and members, who spent the day with the residents and the Maher Vatsalyadham caregivers.
