As part of its commitment to promoting quality education and equal opportunities, Swachetna Foundation organized a Republic Day Education Support Drive on 26 January 2026 in Viman Nagar, Pune.
The Foundation's volunteers visited shops, malls, residential societies, and local households to collect donations from the community. Along with fundraising, the team created awareness about important social causes, including gender equality, environmental conservation through tree plantation, and the importance of education.
With the generous support of the community, the Foundation successfully collected ₹10,000 in donations. The funds were used to provide school bags, notebooks, writing materials, compass boxes, and other educational essentials to 10 students studying in municipal schools, helping them continue their education with confidence.
The donation drive was made successful through the dedicated efforts of volunteers Yasmin, Aditee, Prathmesh, Kanya, Sahil, and Nilisha, who actively engaged with the public and inspired community participation for a meaningful cause.
Through this initiative, Swachetna Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to educational empowerment, community participation, and ensuring that every child has access to the basic resources needed to pursue their education and build a brighter future.
