Swachetna Foundation organized an Awareness Program at Pune Municipal School No. 42, Burmashell, Pune, with the aim of nurturing socially responsible and environmentally conscious young minds through interactive learning.
The program focused on educating students about important social and environmental topics, including Good Touch and Bad Touch, Gender Equality, Tree Plantation, Keeping Rivers Clean, Kindness Towards Animals, and the importance of helping one another. These topics were presented through engaging stories and real-life examples, making the learning experience enjoyable and easy for children to understand.
To encourage active participation, the Foundation conducted a quiz session based on the moral lessons from the stories. Students enthusiastically answered questions, demonstrating their understanding of the values shared during the program.
As a token of appreciation and encouragement, 75 drawing books, colouring kits, and paint brushes were distributed to the participating children. These gifts motivated students to express their creativity while reinforcing the importance of learning through art.
